Calm Horizons 247 is a mental health service dedicated to helping people build emotional resilience for a brighter future. Our personalised approach uses evidence-based Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage intense emotions and improve their quality of life.

We focus on three core DBT skill areas:

 * Emotional Regulation to understand and manage emotions.

 * Distress Tolerance to cope with difficult situations without harmful behaviors.

 * Interpersonal Effectiveness to improve communication and relationships.

We believe in a positive mindset and a supportive, light-hearted environment to foster healing and growth.
